About

Alex Rochlitz built Maxx after fifteen years of watching the same execution gap inside every enterprise he worked in.
At Google, Alex ran large outsourced vendor operations across multiple business units. Before that, seven years in management consulting focused on outsourcing optimization and procurement strategy for global enterprises.
The pattern was always the same: consultants build the business case, procurement negotiates the deal, finance sets the budget - and then nobody tracks whether the savings actually showed up.
Maxx is the system that closes that gap: one classified view of third-party spend, a trackable initiative pipeline, and a monthly operating rhythm leadership can rely on. ScaleX is building the execution and accountability layer that the enterprise stack has been missing.
