Throughout his career— as a consultant, managing Google's $1 billion+ per year product support vendor operation, and as founder at ScaleX— he has overseen virtually every enterprise business function, from IT to Sales. He is an proven outsourcing industry leader, with notable achievements including launching Google's first global outsourced Hardware sales and training operation (driving 60% sales uplift) , serving as the Vice Chairman for the Global Impact Sourcing Initiative, and leading some of the largest and most complex outsourcing transactions ever done.
Alex has developed and negotiated dozens of services contracts exceeding $100M, along with countless smaller agreements, while leading business transformation initiatives that have generated billions in documented operational savings.
